If your finding Maple Summit Construction for the first time, my name is Josh Ronak, and I started this company in order to provide for my family in a more meaningful way.

My background is in Civil Projects Land Survey, and I have facilitated the construction of many large-scale projects in Utah as well as California in both the heavy civil commercial space as well as residential market. As a land surveyor I was able to see and monitor all aspects of construction projects, giving me a unique exposure to projects that most trades don’t.

After spending a few years in automotive tech, as the director of site development and later the director of operations, the corporate path and national travel was not conducive with starting a family here in Utah. I realized I needed a change after my first daughter was born and wanted to spend more time in state.
